The BPOC Chairman, Rob O'Malley, runs a free half-day in-company workshop for companies looking at outsourcing call centre and back office work to The Philippines.  In addition, BPOC plan to run a number of events during 2010 to assist companies in outsourcing non-voice activities to the country.
